My ending statement date is not used?

When I reconcile a credit card account, my prior ending statement date is displayed, but the new statement ending date is wrong - a month old.

    Click on the calendar icon to the right of the statement ending date window and change the date.

    That is unnecessary extra work, as it shows the correct value above.
    My prior Quicken also remembered the date, but also used it.

    Unless this happens to you every month, I'd think of this as a one-time occurrence. For some unknown reason, after your last reconcile, the date was not saved.
    I recommend you correct the date, complete your reconcile and be sure to close down Quicken when you're done for the day.

    I attempt to reconcile my credit cards accounts on a frequent basis. If the ending statement date is in a future month, Quicken remembers it, but does not use it! It works find for my checking and savings accounts, but those end dates are always the end of the current month.

    Apparently, I need to learn how to submit a bug report to Quicken?
