ONGOING 1/28/23 USAA Transactions not Downloading

We have received reports of users that are connected to EWC with issues of not being able to download transactions on their end from USAA.  

We are currently unable to provide an ETA regarding a resolution, although our teams are looking into this issue further.

Please keep in mind that this issue is being worked on by both our aggregator and USAA. USAA suggest that at this time that you use Direct Connect.
