Add Memo Field to Quick Pay

When I am on the Bills and Income tab and do a Quick Pay, I do not have the option of entering a memo. I only have the Category and Tag fields. The same problem exists when doing a Quick Pay from an account register.

    AFAIK, a Quick Pay instruction is executed by a Quicken server on the biller's website using your identification. Therefore, the biller knows it's your credit card bill for account X1009 (see example) which is being paid. This information should also come thru when the transaction posts to your checking account.
