Dividend Income by Security (QWIN CA)

I would sure like to be able to sort my Dividend Income Report by Security but that option is not available in Home & Business edition for Windows 11. Please add it.

I went ahead and changed your post to an Idea so other users who have the same or a similar request can vote on your idea by clicking the up arrow (see below).

This report is available in the US version - it takes some digging.
Try this:
Reports > Investing > Investment Income
Set time frame, Accounts, etc,
You get the Invest Income Report summarizing all income categories.
Set your cursor over the total value for Dividend Income and double-click.
You get a report showing all Dividend Income entries.
Select Subtotal By Security.

You can also get there via Investment transactions Report, customize to only _DivInc (and other desired categories), other customizations as desired.  Display - Subtotal by Security
