Cannot find the most recent backup

I have the same problem. Quicken automatically updated me to v. 40.28 on Nov 23rd and treats me as a new client. No matter which backup file I open, the file only shows transactions up to March 3, 2022. (I most recently updated and backed up the file on November 22nd. How do I retrieve the most recent version?0
