After Update to R45.18 Balance Due Field appearing in invoice

Hello I have recently updated to R45.18 of the Canadian version of Quicken Home and business. After doing so, I have a new "Balance Due" field appearing in my customer invoices in addition to the "Total" even though that field does not appear in the form designer. Is there any way to get rid of that field? I preferred the way my invoices looked before the update.

    Hello @Andrew_64,

I am sorry for the unfamiliar field appearing in your Invoices. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

Have you tried navigating to the 'Gear' icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen, then clicking on the the Columns option in the dropdown menu that appears, and then finally, making sure that the box next to the Balance column is unchecked? Is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

I look forward to your response.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
  • The problem is in the gear settings, there is no "Balance" field to check or uncheck. It does not appear in the design or the design preview. It only appears on the print-out.
  • Hello @Andrew_64

    Thanks for providing more information.

Is this message appearing on the print out as "No Balance Due" or "No Payment Due" or something along those lines?

I look forward to your response.
