PDF vs CSV Report Export Differences

When exporting an account list with options, the export to PDF includes all selected options while exporting to CSV includes only some of the selected options. The reports exported are then imported into Excel with the results shown below.
Why wouldn't reports contain the same data regardless of format it is exported to?
