Bill reminders not added to register

For a number of months now, bill reminders that are set to automatically add to the register are failing to add. The reminder will even say added on X date, but the register has nothing there. This doesn't appear to be happening to the same reminder each time, and I haven't been able to discern any rhyme or reason as to which reminders will be dropped and when.

Needless to say, this is getting quite frustrating and has led to many transactions being downloaded without already being in the register.

I'm using Quicken Home Business & Rental Property, version R45.13, build 27.1.45.13

    I realized that I glossed over it a bit, but it's not all transactions, it appears to be one every couple of weeks. Feels very random as to when I'll notice the transaction missing.
