Fidelity near match issue in transaction dowload

I'm having a reoccuring problem downloading transactions in Fidelity where transactions download as "near match" to transactions that have already been cleared and reconciled.  It seems to focus on the last purchase of a particular stock or etf based on it's symbol and not on the quantity.  This problem was resolved originally with a product update but it occurred again today.  Is anyone else having this problem?
