Is anyone else having trouble downloading the latest Windows (US) version 45.13?

I have 45.11 and when trying to update get an error message that "the server failed to load." Closing and re-opening Quicken does not solve the problem.

@tcolyer Count your blessings.  There are multiple problems with R45 and many people have had to do rollbacks to R44.28.
