completely blank tab when logged in at

I just renewed my lapsed Quicken for Mac OS subscription, and after paying was logged onto the Quicken site, presumably to acquire the new version of Quicken for Mac. But it is a completely white, empty browser page. I can open a new tab and go to, and there's all the home screen stuff, and it shows me logged in, and I can log OUT. But I can't get to the new software download. Or anything useful, really, but this forum.

2012 MacBook Pro running Catalina, Google Chrome (current for Mac).

    Well, I finally thought to update my app from within Quicken. Downloaded and updated successfully. I guess I don't need to be visiting my account on ??
