Major bug with options contract entry in R45.13

I was on a beta version and went back to this version (build 27.1.45.13) and verified it's a problem with this version too. I tested this in a new file as well.
Starting around October 21st, transactions downloaded from a broker (or imported from a QFX/OFX file) are not being entered into the register correctly. Only the commission and total are going in, not the share amount or price. I'm not sure if there was an update on 10/21?
You can see how transactions were fine one day in this screenshot, then not the next (I do OSU's every day).
I have an OFX file that illustrates the file I could provide an engineer if necessary...
