Slow Quicken Home 2017

I've spent an hour looking at Quicken and Windows blogs, helps, discussions, etc. My Q2017 is just slow. When I select an account it's slow to change. When I resize the Q window, it's very slow to change. When I enter a transaction, the refresh is very slow. Task Manager shows "very high cpu usage" when I do anything in Q.

    Can you quantify the slowness? I’m running QW2017 and am not noticing any slowness. 

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
