allow manual tracking of usage number for Electric and Gas utilities

Allow a means to track KW usage for CPU for gas usage. Make it manual addition in a standard manner, that would allow a report that could associate usage with cost etc.

Hi @Mike B.

I currently receive this data directly from my utility company on a monthly, half-year, and annual basis. And if I wanted, I could add this information into Quicken as a "memo" entry each month.  But I don't do that because the utility already provides me with those statistics.

And since Quicken is a financial application, what would be the advantage of having this appear (also on a memo basis) in Quicken?
