Is there a certain way to load address information into quicken?

So far I have tried CSV and TXT delimited and neither way work. It shows the columns and allows me to add and remove them but once I am finished, it all goes away. Is there a certain way to keep this information?

    Which version of Quicken are you running?  Where, within Quicken, are you trying to add this address information?
