has there been a quicken for windows update since R45.13

I have not downloaded R45.13 due to the securities mismatch problem. Just wondering if this has been fixed?

    R45.13 is terrible.  Now nearly all my downloaded banking (not investment) transactions are duplicates from one day to the next.  Update a credit card transaction, and then for the next few days the same transaction is downloaded again.  Is there a patch or an update in our future?  Thanks.
