I am trying to reconnect my credit card from Chase to Quicken

I am trying to reconnect my credit card from Chase. Once I connect the account it will not recognize the account in Quicken. If I try to add a new account it will only give me checking or savings options instead of the credit card option. How do I correct this problem?

Is the credit card account properly deactivated from Online Services?
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window where you get stuck, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
