FYI: I started having the OL-220-A error code yesterday evening, which was the first time I logged on this week. I left it until today, and still had the issue.

I have never attempted to go to https://ofx.oneamerica.com/eftxweb/ Which is the Website I found on the Connection Log; but when I attempted to go to the site to see if it had any information or phone number to call at OneAmerica it had a message:

    Our website is temporarily unavailable.
Our websites are undergoing maintenance. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause.

Hopefully this is the issue and is resolved soon.

Have disconnected the account, and cannot add it back, During the last online session, Quicken encountered an online error [OL-220-A].

    Is anyone working on this??
  • I agree, there is still a problem. It did not connect this week from Tuesday thru now Today. Thursday I called in to OneAmerica. Of course, they referred me to Quicken. I called into Quicken Premium Support 650-250-1900; after 30-45 minutes, of questions and hold; I was referred back to OneAmerica.

I explained I had started with OneAmerica, and the Customer Service Rep stated I needed to call Quicken. Quicken Support referred to his manual / script which I swear is easy to find only: If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.

So I called back to OneAmerica, another 30 minutes of my life I won't get back, and after persistence, and frustration, and my unwillingness to accept the answer that it is Quicken. I explained and re-explained that just because the website was up did NOT mean the technolgoy by which quicken accesses the data was up and functional, because clearly it was not, and the Quicken Support stated that it was a Financial Institution problem, and the problem needed Escalated to an Online Transaction specialist. Eventally I was transferred to someone else, who recorded my issue to open a ticket with OneAmerica Technical Support. Of course by now it was after 7:30PM EST Thursday just as Winter Storm Elliot was starting to hit Indiana, the Thursday before Christmas. I was told to expect an answer in 2 business days?

So take that for what it means. Is someone working on it? Who Knows?
They will probably reboot a server automatically Sunday early AM and everything will work, and by Tuesday when the office is open and IT opens the Ticket they will ignore that a problem even existed.

Either that or the ISSUE is with Quicken, because I have another BANK which can connect to OneAmerica, probably via Open Financial Exchange, and display my correct account balance.

So is the issue ONEAMERICA or QUICKEN? I don't know, I don't care, I just want it fixed.

I thought I had replied to you, instead of a posting a new comment in the same thread. See my post.

Quicken / OneAmerica connection is working today 12/26/2022.
And miraculously the Website: https://ofx.oneamerica.com is functional and displays Websphere IBM HTTP Server instead of generic oneamerica.com message that Website is down for maintenance.

I do not see where anyone from OneAmerica has yet to respond to my trouble ticket being completed; but somewhere something was done over the weeeknd.
  • Still not working for me.
  • It is no longer working for me either. It connected Tuesday, but not Today.
And of course website https://ofx.oneamerica.com/ redirects to http://www.maintenance.oneamerica.com and displays: Our website is temporarily unavailable. Our websites are undergoing maintenance. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause.

I did receive an e-Mail from OneAmerica which acknowledged there is a problem. It stated: "You recently inquired your issues regarding our system and Quicken. Our consultants are working on resolving this issue, which looks like you are not the only client having these problems. We should have an answer for you in the next few days. We will reach out back to you when we have answers."

Hopefully they can get this figured out because connectivity has been spotty for a few weeks.
  • Calling it spotty is being generous. Thanks for doing the heavy lifting on this.

worked for one day, then quit connecting. Downloaded transactions on the dec 27.
  • It worked for me this morning for the first time since 12/16. That's one day in a row!

It worked for me on January 2nd. Wow it worked two days in a row. But alas, today it failed. Does OneAmerica reboot a server early am Sunday morning, and it works for 1-2 days then fails? I was out of town New Year's Day, but saw your success so from my phone I tested website https://ofx.oneamerica.com/ and it worked & displayed Websphere IBM HTTP Server. Today it redirects to http://maintenance.oneamerica.com "Our website is temporarily unavailable", and Quicken fails with OL-220-A. Correlation or Causation? Will we ever know?
