new problem with downloading transactions

Since 11/19/2022, transactions from Discover do not download. I did the usual reset measures without result, and today notice that American Express also does not download.
What's happening?!?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Discover and American Express account(s) to see if the same issue occurs with transactions not downloading. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
