Planning/Debt Reduction Minimum Monthly Payment Issue

I'm trying to use the debt reduction planner. My vehicle loan has an interest rate of 4.89% and my minimum payment is $360 monthly. However, Quicken is forcing me to input a minimum payment of $950 as it states, "based on your interest rate your minimum payment must be at least $950". This seems to be a bug as it's completely inaccurate. Is there anything I can do on my end to get past this? Of note, I have my mortage entered as well and everything is working fine for this.
