ONGOING 3/7/23 Quicken Performance issue

We have received reports through the community and users calling into Support that they are experiencing slow OSUs and experiencing freezing in some cases. This is also occurring with Mac users when trying to update accounts. 

This issue has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution.
