Cannot Connect to Fidelity Rewards Credit Card

I was having issues downloading transactions from Fidelity Rewards Credit Card. I deactivated the account and now it will not let me add it back. It says it is not "your" meaning the users fault.
Is work being done at Quicken on the Fidelity Rewards Credit Card

I'm having the same issue.0

I can't get the Fidelity Rewards Credit Card to update despite resetting of account, attempting to use the Elan Financial Services, and deactivating followed by re-activating of account. This has been going on since December 16, 2022. Looking for assistance. Thanks0

I tried again to re-activate the account after waiting a day. It's finally working now.0

On 12/21-12/22 Elan Financial was doing some sort of system maintenance and they shut off access with both the Elan Financial Services and Fidelity Rewards Credit Cards setups. That maintenance was completed and by the evening of 12/22 downloading service was restored.

Have you tried Update Now or Reset Account? I did need to do Reset Account a couple of days ago.
Which is your account set up with? Fidelity Rewards Credit Card or Elan Financial Services? If it is set up with Fidelity Rewards Credit Card, you might want to switch to Elan Finacial Services. The Elan connection tends to be more reliable and trouble-free.(QW Premier Subscription: R47.15 on Windows 11)0 -
Jan 10 and still not working. as a temporary workaround I set up a Mint Account, imported the Fido credit card transactions and then generated a CSV file which you can load back into Quicken. It works but will generate a separate account file in Quicken so you'll have to move the transactions to your Fidelity account with a simple drag and drop.0

- This setup link remains hosed. I can now download from there via OSU but the Online Balance still does not show any cents so reconciling to the online balance cannot be completed.
- Have you tried to download from the website in "Quicken" format and then importing that file into Quicken? That should permit you to avoid jumping through all the hoops you just took. (I just did that from my online account at FidelityRewards.com. When I imported the file into a test data file it correctly created a new account set up for Web Connect manual downloads...but I noticed that it defaulted the set up link to the Elan Financial Services website. I then upgraded the connection via the Online Services tab of Account Details to Express Web Connect without any issues.)
- How did you import a CSV file into Quicken? Quicken does not support CSV files import except for securities prices.
