Charles Schwab accounts getting 501 error == Quicken server unable to connect to Schwab

resetting or reconnecting Schwab accounts does not solve problem. The reconnect process completes at Schwab, which confirms the accounts are authorized to connect to Quicken, but Quicken then hangs and is unable to complete the sign in process

Issue with me also!  Tried to go back to previous backups and no connection with Schwab.  Frustrating at this time of year!

today have cc-501 error messages as no schwab or capital one accounts successfully updating.
went through this same nightmare for months and months in 2021.

having used quicken for decades and experiencing their recurring problems - failure to resolve for months - all when other software can connect to same financial institutions reliably - I can't see signing up anymore for this.

As of 4 pm est, started working for me again. Previous try, before 3 pm was still a problem and submitted log files as requested. Thanks for the resolution (even if it was a coincidence).

I've been getting CC-501 errors with Capital One downloads during One Step Update for several days now. I've been submitting the Report A Problem reports from within Quicken. Why is this happening yet again with Capital One. The Web Connect process is a failure. My Direct Connect accounts never fail in this manner.
