Online Portfolio Won't Update

My lonline portfolio won't update with my new allocations. It has the same figures from a year ago. It won't reflect what I have on my computer program. I tried copying the data to give the file a new name and that didnt help. Any suggestions?

    When you say "online portfolio" are you referring to an Investment Account with various securities in it and are you looking at the current "Holdings" of the Account, or something else?
    Assuming the answer is "Yes" as to the Account question, how does this Account get updated?  Is it entirely by downloads of transactions?  Is the Account still connected to the same financial institution, or is the new allocations a result of the portfolio being transferred to a new financial institution?  If the latter, then you do need to disconnect the Account from downloading and then connect it to the new financial institution.
