Barclays JetBlue Mastercard not downloading yet again

I have been using Quicken since 1993 so I am reply versed on all its quirks.

My JetBlue Credit Card registered stopped downloading on Dec 9th which happen to coincide when I restored from backup as I have a new laptop. 

I have "Reset Account" numerous times successfully linking to existing account but still cannot get transactions to download. 

Today it shows a download at 908am via Express Web Connect but no transactions have come through.

Any ideas?

Note I had a very similar issue which Schwab accounts but eventually of them to download.

    Another day and still no connect with Barclays--any help greatly appreciated.

    Well after a month and multiple account resets, this download connection finally works.  No notifications from any one on the root causes or how it was fixed.
