Scheduled Bi-weekly Mortgage Reminder reverting to Monthly

I have a bi-weekly mortgage payment reminder in place; however, after a month or so the reminders come up as monthly entries. It is reflected as a bi-weekly reminder in the liability section. I correct the next scheduled payment date and the reminders realign to the proper bi-weekly cadence. Any idea as to why?
