Password reset for 2014 version

I’m trying to retrieve my father’s password for Quicken 2014 version. Since there’s no “forgot password” button in this version, does anyone know how I can reset the password?

    Is this a one-time get the data out of Quicken and forget about it because dad won't be doing it anymore or will you be wanting to continue to use QW2014 after this?
