I changed my password on my Amazon Synchrony, and now I can't download

I changed my password on my Amazon card, and when I tried to add the new password to Quicken, it says my log in is incorrect. I believe Quicken is trying to log into the wrong Synchrony website. How do I fix this?

    Hello @MargieMc,

We are sorry to hear about these issues with online banking services and credentials. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

Are you receiving any particular error messages when this happens? If so, is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

I look forward to hearing back from you about this.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

The support article didn't help. My log in works when I log into my Amazon Syncrony account in Chrome, but when I try through Quicken, I still get the error code cc-503. At the top of the error code screen, if I click on the Syncrony website link there, it takes me to my account in Chrome where I'm logged in.
