Vantage Investment Still Broken and Refuses to Fix.

Vantage Direct Connect does not download transactions. It connects and does not report errors but the actual transactions are not downloaded. It does report the number of shares and balance. Contacted Vantage and they are aware of the problem but apparently not in a rush to fix it. This has been going on for over 1.5 years.
