Why does "You have tasks to perform" flag appear after every OSU on "simple tracking" accounts

I decided to set a couple of investing accounts to "simple tracking". But, every time I perform an OSU these accounts are flagged with the blue dot for "You have tasks to perform in this account".
With 'simple tracking' there are no tasks.
How do I stop Quicken from flagging with the blue dot on every OSU ?
