Blank Buttons in Investment - MM Fund Update

When accepting Transaction in MM Fund a Box displays with BLANK BUTTONS. See attached image.

    What Release/Build do you have here?  The reason I ask is that Quicken is clearly having a problem with Schwab's MM fund - constant "Mismatch" screens - and I'm wondering if that box, that I've never seen before, is some response.
