"All Transactions" in sidebar – "Last N Days" filter is faulty

All the "Last N days" filters in "All Transactions" fail to filter out future transactions. So, taking into account the other filters e.g. Status, they show all future transactions as well as the last N days. Is this how it's meant to work ?
Quicken 6.11.1 in macOS 13.1, on Mac Studio Max 24c. Quicken for Mac user since 1997.
