Recently upgraded from Quicken 2011

For some reason Q2011 stopped working once I started entering 2023 entries. Does anyone know why that would happen?
I upgraded to the subscription Quicken. I have one account which does not show a balance but a 14 digit number - which then throws my ending balance to a 14 digit useless number.
Any help would be appreciated
