Matching Security issue

For the last month or so, every time I have opened Quicken and then gone to an investing account I get the pop-up window "Matching Security" where I have to answer "yes. This matches the security selected below." In the past, once I checked "yes" the pop-up didn't return. Now it is a daily event. In addition, since mid-November when I update my TIAA accounts and attempt to reconcile using online balances I get the pop-up window that the shares reported by TIAA don't match the shares reported in Quicken, and it's showing 000.0000 shares of each investment reported from TIAA. The Security name and CUSPID numbers are correct.
