I was just able to get all my accounts to update (8 institutions - Direct Connect, EWC and EWC+)

Having the same issues. I think it's Quicken, not the financial institutions. Talked to customer service yesterday and they are working on it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Same here, multiple accounts having download issues; CC-501 (Paypal) and CC-502 (NFCU) errors first noted early Jan. 2nd. They appear to be Intuit server-side issues.

I was able to update Citibank this morning. It took, 9 minutes. Updating Synovus was a no go. Timed out after 15 minutes.

For over 24 hours ONE STEP UPDATE yields an error message that the online service is unavailable, Wait at least 10 minutes and try again. My first sign in in 2023 informed me that my subscription had expired. My subscription should be current.

I know this is aggravating every time it happens. I have been a quicken user back when it first started and you entered your own transactions. I was upset a couple years ago and tried all the other alternatives but I was very unhappy with any of them and ended up with quicken regardless of the problems. I cannot live without it - especially at tax time.

All of my accounts are also now updating. But I had to reenter 5 accounts passwords. Then after about 5 minutes it updated all the accounts. Only problem, the update downloaded all the transactions for the LAST 2 years on must of my investment accounts! I had to manually delete everyone of them (about 1000 items) as I had already reconciled all account through 12-31-22. I then ran the "update all" again and everything is worked properly!

All was fine this morning - No  issues. I would like to hear a full explanation of what really happened? Was it a tech person (we all miss things), or hardware issue, malware or lack of coordination?

I've used Quicken for almost 30 years. Just sayin'

    > Seems all Quicken users are just stranded on the tarmac with no one actually taking responsibility and no word on how long to expect resolution. Seems maybe the "A" team is working from home and nobody there was ready for 2023. Frankly I'm disgusted. Most of your so called updates are mere fixes to problems your team has created.

this was a moderately big blunder but given the holiday I wasn't surprised they didn't have an instant fix, and if it's working now that's reasonable...someone really dropped the ball in QA though

Downloading transactions working again today. However I still receive the CC-501 popup on Bank of America after download completes.

One Step Update is working again for me. I've had to deactivate a few accounts like eneranch did.

Are we ever going to get an explanation as to what went wrong? Something this big deserves and explanation, doesn't it?
I realize things can go wrong, which we would understand, but if this is just incompetence, that's another question.

Still not working for me. Same issue as yesterday, WebConnect accounts will not download. Direct connect works fine. Did any of you successful downloaders do something different to get it to work today or was it just magically working again? BTW, I haven't seen anything new from "Quicken Jasmine" either.

Working this morning as of 5:30AM CST. Quicken OSU process pulled data from the credit union, Chase, PayPal, Macys.
