My OSU is hanging on the BoA update. It does eventually complete after a while with a CC-501 error. No transactions downloaded from any of my BoA accounts. Other accounts seem to complete successfully. Come on Quicken, get this solved. :(

Same issue happening for me. Update hangs and after 15 minutes or so I get lots of error messages. Seems like lots of folks are seeing the same issue.

Do we know if Quicken knows about this and is working to fix it?

Same here, have to end task to restart and bypass one step update to use, clearly an issue on Quicken side

Having trouble with 5 accounts during OSU - says "Updating Account" for a long period of time, my other accounts say "Complete". Tried restoring a backup file & it also has the same problem.
I see a "known isssue" for performance problems & think this may be related.

Add me to the list of users experiencing this.  OSU froze Quicken for about 15 minutes before finally coming back with CC-501 errors for BofA, Chase and Discover Card.  I also have Schwab Accounts in my file but they are not included in the OSU so they did not report errors.  Task Manager looked like this during the OSU:

ADDED: Subsequently tried to update my Schwab Accounts (two User IDs with different passwords) and got the same CC-501 errors in both cases.  Oddly enough and despite the fact that Quicken said it was unable to update the accounts, Quicken DID download a 1/2/23 transfer between Schwab Savings and Schwab Checking, the only 1/2/23 transactions in all my Schwab Account.

Quicken states "Known Issue" and has been escalated, though no estimated resolution time-frame is provided....

My One Step Update has been running for 22 minutes so far this morning (1/2/23). It seems that lately I spend 90% of the time troubleshooting Quicken problems and 10% of actually using it.
I just can't put up with this much longer. I've been using Quicken for over 10 years. When it works, it's fine, but when there is a problem, it takes hours/days/weeks to fix a problem.
Can't Quicken at least give us an update?

Me too. OSU just hangs and never completes. Tried updating accounts individually. Same issue. Had to use Windows Task Manager to close quit quicken and restart.

For me One Step Update has been SLOW for a while, but this morning it is generating CC-501 errors for nearly all accounts after 15-to-20 minutes of trying to update. Quicken's One Step Update needs a "Cancel" button.

I have the same problem. 2 accounts download while the rest just spin with no errors.
