    Same here. Only direct connect seems to work, everything else hangs.

    Updating does not work, neither 1-step update nor updating individual accounts.

    Ditto, One Step Update been churning for at least 10 minutes. I'm running Quicken Deluxe, latest version update, on a Windows 11 desktop Area-51 PC,  i9-12900KF   3.19 GHz and 64GB of memory. Connected via Ethernet cable on a 500/20 internet connection.

    SAME ISSUE. SUDDENLY FAILED ON ALL ACCOUNTS. US BANK CHECKING, CITI BANK, CHASE, CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARDS. WHAT TO DO? (WINDOWS11, QUICKEN DELUXE ALL UPDATEED, NO NEW SOFTWARE INSTALLED)

    Same here. I also ran a File Validation with no improvement. Then tried a SuperValidation with no luck. Thanks eveyone for posting. Add me to the list.

    Same issue here. Quicken Home, Business & Rental Property. Saw a screen flash, something about already running latest update. Oddly enough the app is not showing on Windows Task Manager, so cannot shutdown. Makes it IMPOSSIBLE to close out the year and start the New Year fresh! Four out of the last five new Years same issue. PLEASE Quicken learn something from this, no updates in December or January!! >:)

    Even thought I am able to sign in to my accounts at Chase bank online, I received error message CC-501 when trying to update transactions in Quicken.

    I have the same problem with BOA beginnging January 2, 2023 however, I get an error code CC-501. Suggestions??

    Yup, me also. This has happened quite a bit the past month. Not with direct connect but when going through the Quicken back-end consolidation servers.

    You think anyone from Quicken is working on this over the holiday? So frustrating. It's gone from bad to OSU not working at all.

    Only way out is to dump the file. See many people with same issue? Hope Quicken is working on this

    For me, it updated the direct connect accounts and is hanging in "Updating Account..." for the Express Web Connect accounts.  It started this morning for 1/2/2023.  Windows Task Manager shows Quicken is consuming a lot of CPU time as if it is in a hard loop.

    Also have the same problem. I tried resetting Quicken Cloud to accounts. Now, reconnecting process does not complete.
