Me too. Just keeps spinning2

Totally agree with you Jack Redwine. Long time user of Quicken and their lack of responsiveness and communication is deafening. They always manage to communicate when it's time to renew your subscription!
Why can't they put out an announcement acknowledging the issue??1 -

Well, 1/2/2022 is the Official New Year's holiday.
Quicken has it screwed up and thinks it was yesterday, at least according to their Announcement. Probably no one at Quicken is minding the store. My Direct Connect accounts are working but not the Web Express. Quicken continues to mess up the Express Web connect. They should have just let everything be a Direct Connect. I'm tempted to change all my account to different banks. Barclays, Capital One and Discover. At least Wells Fargo is still direct.---- Quicken User since 1998 ----

All it would say is:This is a known issue and our teams are working dillegently to repair it. We have no ETA and apologize for your inconvenience.0

Same. Task manager showing high CPU usage for a 'hung' process (12-15%). Reboot does not help. Direct connect accounts work.
Also note that from a restart single account updates do not ask for vault password.
This just in: just got a CC-501 on my Discover account (uses Web Express) as a single account update after a l-o-n-g wait.
Anyone awake at Quicken - perhaps need to 'reboot the server' :-)3 -
Same issue here.2

Yep, spinning away. Have to use Task Manager to kill the Quicken process to get it to stop.2

This problem just started this morning. I tried to do a one step update and it stalled at "processing" . I turned off synch with icloud, as suggested in a community discussion. Now it stalls at "updating account" . Is this a problem becuase it is a new year, 2023? How do I get it to update now?0

One step update not working, have tried to update individual registers without success, please advise0

It started this morning, one step update will not complete, BofA and Sam's Club hang on updating account. The error message says there is a problem with the Quicken server. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a workaround or is Quicken working on a resolution?0

Quicken is working for my Citibank Credit card. It is a Direct Connect account. Quicken is downloading for all my Direct Connect accounts. However, as of 1/2/2023, it is hanging for all my Express Web Connect accounts. See

AMEX and Fidelity update. Everything else "waiting". Not sure why those work but tried individual account update one at a time. They all freeze. Why is Quicken not responding?0

I just let it run and it finally returned with the status window indicating CC-501 errors.

Oh, got a day ahead of myself ... 1/21 -
Long time user as well and these prolonged issues are not acceptable. I just ordered an extension to my subscription, but may not activate and return and move on to something else. These outages should last no longer than MINUTES and not days on-end. Not sure I can trust the quality of the product's outputs any longer.0

Same issue. One Step update hangs - stop task after 20 minutes, Then CC-501(after ~10 minutes waiting) when updating single account.0
-
There are a lot of posts about this:It seems like a Quicken problem, probably related to a new year.
