FNB of PA not working

I just purchased quicken, thinking it could simplify my finances, but so far, have bben unable to get it to connect with FNB of Pa. Did i waste my money or is there a secret to it?

    Please be aware that we are currently experiencing server issues and delays which started yesterday. The issue you are seeing is likely caused by these server issues and delays.
