Morgan Stanley transaction downloads

I have 3 Morgan Stanley Investment accounts and have not received any transaction downloads since 12/29/2023.

    I am sorry to hear about these problems with online banking services. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.

    Are you seeing any particular error codes when trying to update accounts? If not, and transactions are simply failing to download after One Step Updates, then if you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted. 

    You may then add your Morgan Stanley-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the upper left-hand side of the screen, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same problems with downloads and updates occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.

    Unless there was activity on 12/30, the markets have been closed.

    No error codes, update completed successfully, no new transactions. 
    Yes, there was activity on all 3 accounts on 12/30.

    I downloaded tonight  (MS typically is done with their batch processes around 8:30 PM Pacific) with mixed results.
    None of the transactions for 12/30 came over.
    The transactions for 1/1 and 1/2 did come over.
    I am not going to create a test account at this point.
    I would rather monitor the activity for the next few days and I will report back.
    I manually entered the transactions for 12/30
    Perhaps the issues that Quicken was having with the download process in general caused these missing downloads.

    @Quicken Jared, this problem as well as the other have not occurred recently. Support must have done something. OK to close.
