Quicken hangs

I have been having problems with Quicken hanging when I switch from one account to another. I have to shut down Quicken manually using task manager (and I can't take a print screen). It also changes the column widths in some of my accounts when this happens: date, charge, payment. I have to adjust them manually in each account when this happens. Has anyone else had this issue?
