Chase - No downloaded transactions

I know there has been issue with Chase downloads reported for several months. However, it is very sad that a solution is not found yet. In fact, why has it been able to be fixed before by resetting the online access.
I am unable to download Chase transactions between 12/3/2022 and 12/31/2022. Is anyone else have problems specific to these dates or around this time?0
To be specific, this is for a Chase VISA credit card account. I am using Quicken Deluxe R45.21on Win 11. I have changed to Express Web Connect. Using one step update several times and nothing is downloaded for these dates. I have downloaded a QFX file from the Chase website and attempts to manually import this file just leads me back to the web connection process.0
Your issue and mine may have a similar solution, for which I am searching now. I have a VISA card that has not updated since the beginning of August. This does not involve 'connect'. I've logged out and signed back in, which didn't resolve the issue. I had the same problem years ago where an account just stopped updating. I believe it requires deleting the account (saving the account data) then re-establishing that account which will then read the existing data and having the 'update link' restored at that time. I am trying to confirm this.0
