We are sorry to hear about this problem with Bill & Income Reminders. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance.
We will need some additional information about what is happening; are you referring to 'Past Due' Income Reminders disappearing? Are you missing any menu options related to Bill & Income Reminders? Is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.
I look forward to your response, and I hope to work with you on this issue in the future, if necessary.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared0 -
no all-past reminder are gone as in 12-2022 11-2022 and so on all passed reminder screen are blank. also, when you enter a reminder, it no longer shows paid in the status column it is gone the status column only show upcoming reminders there are no paid or cleared reminders0

We are sorry to hear about these missing Income Reminders. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.
What do you see when you navigate to Tools > Manage Bill & Income Reminders in the upper menu at the top of the screen? Also, have you tried restoring from a recent backup? We recommend saving backups frequently by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Provided that this has been done often, you should be able to restore from a backup that was saved just prior to when this issue emerged by navigating to File > Restore from backup... in the same menu. I am curious about whether or not this problem continues in the restored file.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you,

The problem is 46.9!!! I have a topic on this. Reverting to 45.21 fixes it. Nothing to do with backups. Its a bug in 46.9.

And confirmed by other users.

After updating to version R46.9, my Quicken calendar only shows future reminders. Previously I could see transactions in the calendar function that were paid and reconciled.0

Reverting to 45.21 how do you do this0

Jared restoring my last back did not work0

This link gives you access to older versions of Quicken. I reinstalled the last version before 46.9 and that solved my problems presented in 46.9. Hope that helps.

It has been reported to fix the missing bills problem. If you didn't get it, check back soon for updated Mondo Patch0

1/12/2023 update 46.12 fixed the missing bills and reminders problem.0

They may have fixed the missing bills and reminders but 46.12 still has the problem of no calculation of loan interest and principal payments which always worked before. I had to revert back to 45.21 to have it work again after both the 46.9 and the 46.12 updates. This is a big problem and needs to be fixed. I have three loans I made 10 years ago to people and I track the balance, interest and principal payments using Quicken. It worked flawlessly up until the 46.9 and 46.12 updates.0

Dave335, based on other issues I have seen with 46.9 and 46.12, I highly recommend creating a ticket with customer support. That's what I did as I detailed in post on a another thread at https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7926999/after-r46-9-update-projected-balance-duplicating-income#latest . I'm not sure how much what I did will help, but I don't have confidence that the Quicken folks are paying attention to the discussion groups and I feel the only way they will take action on an issue is if a ticket is created. I haven't received any updates on the ticket I created earlier in the week, but at least I feel like it is formally registered as an issue with them.0

Just follow up: R47.11 update fixed the loan not categorizing split transactions. I did read that the next update broke one-step update for one user so I am holding off updating until I really need to as everything is working with 47.110
