download from Chase

I tried to redo the download connection, but I keep getting a C-501 error. I called the chase and they said everything looked good on their end. I called quicken they had me send the log file on Friday but nothing is resolved. The person said I should try and disable trend micro, I did that with hesitation and still nothing. Its been since August now. Is this going to be fixed?

    We do currently have an ongoing active alert regarding users receiving a CC-501 error message with certain Financial Institutions, Chase being one of them.
