Chase authorization having problems

1. Everytime I do a one-step update from Quicken I need to reauthorize all accounts. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get them. Is this normal?
2. I have 2 investment accounts at Chase that do not show up in the list to add to Quicken. What can I do to rectify this?

    Hello @Leslie Abel,

We are sorry to hear about these problems with online banking services. Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community.

Are you currently making use of any pop-up blockers? Also, what seems to happen that forces you to reauthorize all of your Chase accounts; do you see any particular error messages? Do you know if the investment accounts are supported under the Express Web Connect + connection method?

We look forward to your answers, and hope to provide further assistance, if necessary.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
