quicken abends every time I try and download transactions

starting yesterday Quicken abends every time I try and download transactions. was working fine until yesterday.

Could you please provide more detail on what exactly is occurring when you attempt to download transactions? Is Quicken freezing or closing or reacting slowly? Is this occurring with all accounts or just specific ones? Does this occur with One Step Update, individual account updates, or both?
