What connection method are you currently making use of in order to add or link your accounts to online banking services? Please note that you can verify this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.
Also, if you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.
You may then add your American Express Business-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the upper left-hand side of the screen, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same problem with missing transactions occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.

I'm not 100% sure on this one, but I vaguely recall I had to "link" my Amex Business Checking to my regular Amex account so that it would show up with my Amex cards (when you login to amex.com and view all accounts, it shows up at the bottom after all my credit cards --personal and business).0
Weird. My transactions downloaded fine until about 12/14/22. I believe around that time I'd get "an error has occurred" without any actual error message. I deactivated all the Amex accounts and re-activated, but now it won't add the Business Checking. Sigh. Getting really annoyed with Quicken and all these online issues since that's what I'm paying the sub for.1
My B-Checking I have a b-checking acct and Quicken only shows my card acct when I try to connect it. Annoying.0
same with personal checking accounts - doesn't have the ability to download. Shouldn't be that hard...0
I have the same issue, my Amex Business checking account does not show up when adding an account for Amex. Does anyone know how to resolve the issue ?0
