Also getting CC-800 since recent update last week. Ally Bank though. Quicken support has not been able to fix (yet).1

Hello @binary512 and @Dominic,
We are sorry to hear about these issues with the CC-800 error message. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.
First, save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then take a look at the instructions provided in this Support Article, in order. Does following those steps, in order, seem to resolve the issue?
I look forward to hearing about your results.
Thank you,

Just spent two hours with Quicken support. Finally fixed after Deactivating the Ally accounts, Deleting the Bank Name and Account Number, doing a Super Validation on the file, Logging Off (for at least 3 minutes before Logging on again), Logging On, Reactivating the Ally accounts.
Running an Update after this fixed it.0 -
After a week of working, the problem has returned.0

I am receiving the same error with Citibank. I have deactivated and re-activated the account successfully, but the error remains.0
