Unable to connect to Valley National-Online banking

I been unable to connect to the above Bank for over a week. When I try to connect with Quicken, I receive the error code cc.50Talk to several Quicken support and they tell me they will resolve it in a few hours, but it has been a week now.
I have Quicken for Windows Version R46.9 running on a Win10 machine.
Interesting enough I have another Quicken install in a Winn11 computer and I am able to connect to the bank without a problem. I mentioned this to support and disregard the issue as not important?
Can anybody help?
