ONGOING 1/31/23 Credit One Bank- FDP-155, FI Blocking

We are getting reports that customers who are trying to connect and update accounts for Credit One Bank are getting an FDP-155 error. Our teams are now working on the issue, but we do not have any ETA regarding a resolution, currently. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience.

    This is a long-term block and unfortunately, the financial institution is not responding. Due to this we suggest that customers contact the financial institution directly. No ETA or further details are available at this time, and this Alert will be updated once more information, updates, etc become available.
